Several downtown Phoenix-area businesses will be closed on Tuesday around President Trump's planned rally at the Phoenix Convention Center. 

Some businesses have said that they will be open but will monitor the situation closely.

ABC15 has confirmed that the following businesses will be closed or are closing early: 

  • Chipotle CityScape: closing at 2 p.m. 
  • Five Guys CityScape: closing at 2 p.m. 
  • Jimmy Johns CityScape: normal business hours, but stopping delivery at 1 p.m. for the safety of their drivers.
  • Valley Bar: closed
  • Bitter and Twisted Cocktail Parlour: closed
  • Children's Museum of Phoenix: closing at 2 p.m. 
  • The Whining Pig (Collier Center)
  • The Park (Collier Center)
  • Fired Pie (Collier Center)

Additionally, the Arizona School for the Arts in downtown Phoenix sent a letter to parents saying all students will be dismissed at 12:20 p.m. Students will need to be picked up by 1 p.m. in anticipation of events around the campus.
