A man who was found shot Thursday evening at a Phoenix apartment complex has died from his injuries, police said.
Officials said the victim was found with a gunshot wound to his neck shortly before 7 p.m. at the Pointe at the Foothills Apartments, near 44th Street and Baseline Road.
He was in the driver's seat of a car that was either pulling in or pulling out of a parking space at the time of the shooting.
Police said they found at least two bullet casings in the vehicle, and no suspects have been named.
