The Regents at Scottsdale apartment parking lot near 90th Street and Frank Lloyd Wright looked more like a small pond Tuesday night.
A powerful storm brought high winds, lightning and a lot of rain.
At least four cars parked under a car port were over come with water. The water was at least a foot deep in some spots, soaking car is up to their doors.
One resident described the storm as looking like a hurricane.
No word on how much damage was caused to the cars
