Police report documents related to the investigation of a Paradise Valley bus aide accused of exposing himself to a student are giving more insight into his arrest.

Christopher Fiscina, 31, was arrested late Thursday at his home after police completed an investigation dating back to November 2015.

Police were originally made aware of the incident by the family of a 3-year-old girl who attends a special needs preschool and rides a district bus.

The girl reported to her family and police that the man that "puts her seatbelt on" exposed himself and masturbated on the bus.

No other children on the bus witnessed the incident, according to police interviews. The only other adult on the bus, the driver, also reported nothing inappropriate.

When Fiscina was taken in for questioning he denied ever exposing himself on the bus and said it was "ridiculous" to assume he would do something like that.

According to DNA tests from swabs collected on at the back of the bus, sperm was found that matched Fiscina's DNA.

Fiscina was charged with one felony count of sexual indecency.
