Mesa police report that a Mesa man babysitting a young child molested the girl while she was in his care.
Police say that they arrested 20-year-old Delquai Ralphael Bizzell on February 8 at his home near Extension Road and Main Street.
They report that in the Fall of last year, Bizzell was babysitting the 5-year-old girl at his home when he allegedly molested her.
After his arrest, Bizzell reportedly admitted to police that he committed the acts, knowing it was wrong. He reportedly told police that the young girl "was flirting with him."
Police report that Bizzell was the subject of a similar investigation also in 2016, but no charges were filed.
Bizzell is being held without bond on charges of child molestation and sexual conduct with a minor.
