A Mesa doctor has been charged with downloading child pornography videos in his home.
On March 8, Mesa police arrested 51-year-old Michael Francis Rapp at his home after seizing his Apple Time Capsule which, police say, contained, "6,000 images and 26 videos of children and infants in sex acts."
Investigators discovered Rapp allegedly downloaded the child pornography over the course of 11 days last fall.
Rapp listed his occupation as Medical Doctor and owner of Precision Telemedicine. He made no statements to police following his arrest.
Rapp was charged with multiple counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.
