Court records reveal that on May 9 a man entered the restroom at Tempe's Kiwanis Park and stumbled over a man who was sleeping on the ground.

Police said 27-year-old Adrian Sinclair McIntosh charged at the sleeping man with a three-foot tree branch. The two got into a fight which is when McIntosh then allegedly pulled out a knife and began threatening the man.
