It is not hard to believe there is a national day to celebrate this campfire delicacy -- the beloved s'more.

From the graham cracker to the toasted marshmallow to the gooey chocolate, it is a great summer treat. While it is risky to have a campfire in Arizona due to the heat, potential for wildfires and the fact that we live in a desert, you can still get your s'mores fix.

In celebration of National S'more Day (Wednesday, August 10), here are a few places offering s'more-inspired sweet treats (and dang do they look good). Scroll below to see (in no particular order).

Zen S'mores at Sushi Roku

Consider this to be your own personal table side campfire. Sushi Roku's Zen S'mores dessert lets you roast your own marshmallows. The dish also comes with chocolate truffles, green tea blocks and marshmallow cream for dipping. It is then served over Graham cracker crumbles.
