PHOENIX — Thursday is the last chance for Arizona Public Service (APS) customers to have their voices heard about the company's proposed $169 million rate hike.

Arizona Corporation Commissioners (ACC) will be taking public comment over the phone from 10 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.

The current rate case was ordered by the ACC after third party consultant reports showed that the company potentially over earned by millions of dollars and did not do a good enough job educating consumers about rate structure changes after its last controversial rate increase in 2017.

The company denies that it over earned.
