The Federal Trade Commission has a site to help you with your money. It starts with a free budget worksheet. All you have to do is download it and fill in the blanks to see whether you're making more than you spend, or spending more than you make. Click here to see it.

Microsoft also has some options. They have all kinds of budget templates, including monthly budgets, shopping budgets, and even event budgets. Just download an Excel file from the office templates. Click here for more information.

You may have heard of Mint, an app that helps with your budgeting goals. It also has budget templates, again with options including everything from daycare to student to monthly budgets. It's as simple as downloading the budget you need, and plugging in the numbers. Click here for more information.

So, whether math, or crunching numbers, is a something you're great at or struggle with, here are some tools to help keep you organized in tracking your expenses and savings.
