CPR -- It's something that you hope you'll never have to use, but it's something that could be helpful to know.

Arizona always ranks near the top in the U.S. for child drowning incidents. Phoenix firefighters have teamed up with the Phoenix Parks and Recreation Department for June to promote CPR awareness.

All month long, there will be "Itty Bitty Beach Parties" at city pools. The parties are geared towards children 6-years-old and under and their families.

One of the best parts? It's FREE thanks to funding from Cigna. Phoenix firefighters will be providing CPR awareness tips and demonstrations. There will also be music, games and dance contests.
