Police have located two men suspected in a June 22nd armed robbery at a smoke shop in Peoria.
According to the Peoria Police Department, 36-year-old Ryan Patrick Carr and 24-year-old Kevin Michael Breit II robbed a smoke shop near 91st Avenue and Union Hills Drive.
The shop owner said the suspects fired several shots during the attempted robbery, but he wasn’t hit. The owner returned fire, and even chased the suspects out of the store.
Detectives were able to locate Breit in San Diego. He is at the San Diego County Jail at the moment and will be facing armed robbery and aggravated assault charges.
Peoria police announced Tuesday that they have also located and arrested Carr.
