Arizona Cardinals gear will likely be flying off the shelves this week ahead of Sunday’s matchup against the Carolina Panthers, but attending the NFC Championship game is going to cost fans a bit more.
Tickets were offered exclusively to North Carolina and South Carolina residents on Ticketmaster.com for the first hour Sunday evening, but it only took three minutes to sell out, according to the Panthers’ Twitter account.
Of course, you can still buy tickets through resale services. Prices start at around $215 on Stubhub.com, but skyrocket to over $10,000 for the better seats.
Round-trip flights from Phoenix to Charlotte are going for around $550 on Orbitz.com, and cheap hotel rooms will cost you about $150 a night.
“You know it’s so much more comfortable to watch them on television on the big screen,” Cardinals fan Brian Horton said.
