Arizona State University has ranked fourth in the top-five colleges and universities who contribute volunteer teachers to Teach For America (TFA).
ASU had 49 graduates out of 4,000 in TFA who will teach for two years in low-income communities.
“ASU is committed to preparing and producing innovative service-minded students, who understand the power of education in building human potential,” said Jim Rund, Senior Vice President for Educational Outreach and Student Services at ASU.
This ranking is an increase from last year when ASU made 11th overall in the top contributing universities.
