Mesa police say 32-year-old Kendall Gurley has been found safe after going missing on November 14.
Gurley, who is pregnant, was last seen leaving a home near US-60 and Gilbert Road that night.
Family members told police they were concerned for her welfare because she experienced recent domestic violence through an ex-boyfriend.
"There was some fear that the abuse from her ex-boyfriend who is the father of her four-year-old child might in some way be involved," said Carrie Cozzie, Gurley's mother.
Mesa police announced Tuesday that Gurley was found safe with the assistance of Phoenix police.
No other details on the circumstance of her disappearance were immediately released.
