CHANDLER, AZ — The Arizona Department of Health Services has ordered Rick’s Pub and Grub in Chandler to close Monday after violating reopening rules.
ADHS says the establishment will continue to be closed until the state agency grants the establishment permission to reopen.

The orders given by the state say they are "operating in violation of Executive Order 2020-47 and Emergency Measure 2020-02, and thus is jeopardizing the health, safety and welfare of the public."

The order goes on to say if they continue to operate in violation, they are subject to any and all available civil and criminal penalties.
