PHOENIX — Two-year-old Paxton Jones is obsessed with the City of Phoenix's recycling and trash trucks and, according to his mother, he looks for them every day.

Recycling/trash days are the highlight of Paxton's week, especially when he catches them in action, his mother, Hannah Jones, told ABC15.

Paxton waits patiently every week for trash day, but recently, Paxton received a great surprise from a City of Phoenix worker.

On a recent recycling day, Paxton was waiting outside for the recycling truck with his grandmother, Pam Hainline.

Hannah said the worker saw Paxton and Pam waiting, got out of his truck, and asked if Paxton would like to sit behind the wheel.

Photos show Paxton enjoying his experience offered by the worker.

Hannah is unsure Paxton actually knows what a job is, but he is fascinated by the workers and what they "get to do" every day.
