PHOENIX — Police say a 58-year-old man has died after being trapped underneath a vehicle when the jack he was using gave way.
Emergency crews were called to the scene near 75th Avenue and Indian School Road around 1 p.m.
Authorities say Robert Perez was transported to the hospital in critical condition but didn't survive his injuries.
