No, this is not a music video set. It's not a nightclub. It's definitely not a gym--but that's doesn't mean you're not going to sweat!

"I get up at 6 a.m. to be here and I don't do that for many things" explains Meghan Pearce.

Pearce has no problem setting that alarm so she's not late for the "party."

The "Party on a Bike," that is--one of the hottest workouts right here in the Valley.

The flashing lights, the music blasting from the speakers--sometimes, they even throw a DJ into the mix. This is all while people are pumping their legs round and round and round some more.

It's the creation of the Madison Improvement Club with locations in Phoenix at Tempe.

But there's more than just spinning going on in this class.

"A lot of people think you're just riding a bike," says Sean Mulcahoi, who just started doing Party on a Bike and already loves it. "You're doing sit-ups, you're getting a good core workout. You're doing push-ups. You're doing a lot of dance moves; it's an intense workout!"

Instructors say this is the perfect exercise class for people who...well...hate to exercise! And burning up to a thousand calories each class isn't so bad either.

"You're working out and getting healthy, but you just don't realize it because you're having so much fun!" explains Cailey Hale.
