Accused of turning a PG party into an X-rated event,  Scottsdale yoga instructor Lindsey Radomski waits to hear if she will be held criminally responsible for what happened.

The 34-year-old woman faces misdemeanor charges of public indecency and contributing to the delinquency of a minor at a 2015 bar mitzvah party.

She's accused of flashing a group of adults and children, letting several underage boys fondle her breasts in a bedroom, and performing a sex act on one.
?
"She seduced these boys all night long - starts at the tables, moves through the house, into the bedrooms," said Scottsdale City Prosecutor Caron Close.
?
Radomski's lawyers claim she was extremely drunk and asleep in a bedroom. They say she a couldn't consent to sexual activity much less force boys to participate.

"Miss Radomski is being charged when she was the one who was attacked," defense attorney Jocquese Blackwell said. "In the country we live in, it is improper for anyone to take advantage of a person who is intoxicated."
