A woman accused of leaving a suspicious backpack at the Yuma Police Department is not facing charges -- for now.
The Yuma Sun reports that prosecutors kicked the case against 36-year-old Renee Tagliafero back to police and requested for more follow-up information.
Authorities had arrested Tagliafero on one felony count of knowingly giving a false impression in relation to a bomb hoax.
She was arraigned in Yuma Justice Court on Tuesday but released.
However, the court informed her that charges could still be filed against her later.
Tagliafero is accused of placing a backpack in the department's lobby June 23.
Authorities ordered an evacuation for the entire building and a Yuma County Sheriff's bomb squad was called in.
The backpack was found to contain non-threatening items.
