The University of Arizona Police Department has made a second arrested in a shooting that happened on its Tucson campus last week.

Police said Jahron David Francis, 29, turned himself in on Tuesday morning.

He faces an aggravated robbery charge in connection with the April 27 shooting outside the Thomas W. Keating Bioresearch building that left one person injured.

Francis’ accomplice, Christopher Eugene, was the one who pulled the trigger, police said.

Neither suspects have any known ties to the university.
