The deadly shooting in Las Vegas shut down at McCarran International Airport for a few hours Sunday night.
Many flights were rerouted to Phoenix Sky Harbor. The airport told ABC15 a total of nine flights were sent to Phoenix.
Passengers were told mid-flight their plane was being rerouted because of a security threat.
Some passengers tell ABC15 they didn't know what the security threat was until they landed at Sky Harbor or someone on the plane managed to get wi-fi.
Las Vegas flights are operating as scheduled at this time.
