Pima County Sheriff's deputies arrested a man who allegedly killed two people.
According to deputies, 49-year-old Raymond Manny Valencia faces two first degree murder charges. On Saturday, he allegedly gunned down 48-year-old Carlos Rendon and 18-year-old Jackelyne Padilla in the 5800 block of South Swinging A.
Deputies arrested him at 2 p.m. Sunday.
