The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office and agents with the Federal Bureau of Investigation Fugitive Task Force arrested 42-year-old Jason Lee Heilbrun of Chandler.  He was picked up on a warrant outside of the Kyrene Justice Court on Monday.

Heilbrun was on the list of the Arizona Registrar of Contractor’s Most Wanted Unlicensed Entities.  He's accused of Fraudulent Schemes, Theft and Contracting Without a License.

In all, Heilbrun is alleged to have taken $29,800 and left projects incomplete.

The AZ ROC said Heilbrun used the name JAGD Interiors LLC and would take large amounts of money up-front from homeowners in Phoenix and Fountain Hills before abandoning the jobs.

The AZ ROC put him on the list last month along with two other fugitives, Michael Peterson, 36 and Robert Green, 36.  If you have information on any of these individuals, you're asked to contact local law enforcement.
