Christmas shopping may be over. But the returns and exchanges continue.

If you're an Amazon user, beware of emails that may not be legit. It could be an email about an order you never made.

They want a follow-up phone call and then your account information for verification.

You give that, but then they ask for your password as well.

Amazon is warning they will never ask for your password, PIN, or credit card information by phone or email.

They say real amazon addresses always end with .Amazon.com or sellercentral.Amazon.com.

Beware of combinations like "security-amazon.com or amazon.com.biz.

If in doubt, don't click on links or reply.

Instead, go to your account independently and check for any issues.
