A west Phoenix man who collected and traded child porn is now being investigated for molesting children as well, according to officials.

Police received information from the Arizona Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force that showed images of child pornography that were being traded on the web from an address near 71st Avenue and Camelback Road.

Police on November 9 executed a search warrant on a home in that area, belonging to 40-year-old Clinton Eric Blain, and found several computers and hard drives containing images and videos of child pornography.

Police say the images were of children from infants to 12 years of age engaging in sexual activities with other children and adult men and women.

Blain reportedly told police that he had been collecting child porn for over 16 years and had traded images and videos with others as well.

Blain also allegedly told police that there were more hard drives in a locked safe in his bedroom. On those hard drives, he said were images of four children he knew that he took personally, while he sexually abused them.

Police say more charges are pending as they are processing the large volume of images and videos during their ongoing investigation.

Blain is currently facing 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.
