Phoenix police were tipped off to stolen parts from four large stolen SUV's at a Phoenix chop shop recently.

Phoenix police report that on August 8 they received a call of a White Cadillac Escalade abandoned in an alleyway near 19th Avenue and Buckeye Road.

Police noticed that the Escalade was stripped of its front grill, headlights, wheels, and seats.

As police surveyed homes in the area, they located the seats, in the backyard of a home. Police secured a search warrant on the home and reportedly found additional parts to the Escalade, other parts including a headrest with television screens from a Chevrolet Tahoe, parts from a stolen GMC Yukon and parts from a Chevy truck.

Inside the home, police say, they found registration documents from the stolen vehicles in the bedroom of 29-year-old Eduardo Abelino.

Abelino came home during the execution of the warrant and was arrested by police a short distance away from his home.

He has been charged with car theft and conducting a chop shop.
