A 20-year-old Valley man is accused of bringing his children on a shoplifting spree, and even using his 7-month-old's stroller to conceal the stolen goods,

Police report that Oscar Ruiz on October 24 went into a Target store near 75th Avenue and Thomas, where he allegedly took five Playstation controllers. Ruiz is accused of concealing two of them in his pant pockets, and three more in the storage area of a baby stroller with the infant inside it. Also with Ruiz was a 5-year-old child.

The value of the controllers is about $400. Ruiz later admitted to police that he steals controllers selling them on "OfferUp" for $25 each.

Target told police that Ruiz might also be involved in other thefts of controllers at other times and other Target stores in Phoenix.

Ruiz has been charged with five counts of organized retail theft.
