PHOENIX — A DUI suspect was caught after "swerving over all lanes" of two Phoenix freeways.

DPS reports that about 9:30 p.m. on April 21, a Toyota SUV was seen by witnesses "swerving over all lanes and fluctuating speeds" on I-17 near Thomas Road, according to court documents.

DPS caught up with the vehicle on I-10 near 7th Avenue and tried for four miles to get the driver, 32-year-old Juan Zambrano Campos, to pull over.

Campos stopped when he arrived at his home near 16th Street and McDowell Road.

DPS arrested Campos at his home and found two children ages, 6 and 11, in the vehicle.

DPS says Campos had a B.A.C. level of .154. He was also driving a vehicle without an ignition interlock device, which he is allegedly required to have.

He has been charged with multiple counts of aggravated DUI.
