A Scottsdale man allegedly posed as a woman on Facebook to get a male teen to send nude photos of himself.

Court records show that 19-year-old Juan Pedro Lara exchanged sexually explicit photos with a 17-year-old boy, then threatened to send those pictures to his Facebook friends if the teen didn't have sex with him.

Lara reportedly presented himself on Facebook as 'Lily Grace' and exchanged explicit photos with  the victim.

'She' then threatened to send the pictures of the victim to his Facebook friends if he didn't perform sexual favors on 'her other Facebook friend', Lara.

After serving search warrants on Facebook and Cox Communications, it was discovered the account of Lily Grace is registered to Juan Pedro Lara, who lives near Scottsdale and McDowell roads.

Lara was arrested on July 20 at Big Surf in Tempe, where he works as a lifeguard.  Police believe Lara, "did this to approximately 21 victims and possibly other minors."

Lara told ABC15, "I don't know what's going on with me, I am really seeking to get help." He also publicly apologized to the victim.

He went on to say, "Sometimes I don't even know what's going on with me, it just takes over."

Lara has been charged with five counts of sexual exploitation of a minor and other sex crimes.
