A Valley ticketing company was one of two bought by a North Carolina firm looking to expand its national reach.
Gilbert-based TicketForce was sold to Etix along with Michigan-based Star Tickets.
TicketForce started locally as an alternative to other ticketing sites.
The company developed its own technology, offering ticket sales locally and nationally.
