A billboard erected at 20th St. and Indian School is "appalling" according to Arizonans for Responsible Drug Policy.

The big sign reads: Have you talked to your parents about marijuana?  It was put up by the Campaign to Regulate Marijuana Like Alcohol. The timing is such so that it coincides with Mother's Day. The group, which is pushing for legal recreational marijuana in Arizona, has launched similar campaigns that take on a playful angle.

"It is wholly irresponsible to mock substance abuse -- and the hard work done by community preventionists and parents to keep their children safe -- as a joke," wrote Seth Leibsohn, chair of Arizonans for Responsible Drug Policy.

ARDP has been the main opposing voice to recreational marijuana legalization in Arizona. Voters could decide in November if CRMLA gets enough signatures to get their initiative on the ballot.
