PHOENIX – Most couples surround themselves with loved ones on their wedding day. For newly engaged couple Crystal Lara and Anthony Torrez, their loved ones include friends, family and cannabis.
That’s right! The pair will not be saying not “I do” but “I doobie” surrounded by a forest of buds at the Mint Dispensary, Arizona’s largest medical marijuana dispensary.
Fittingly, the unique marriage will take place on 4/20 at 4:20 p.m. at The Mint’s Tempe location.
According to the Mint, 4/20 is like Christmas for their medical marijuana patients so the dispensary is celebrating appropriately.
Apart from the wedding ceremony, The Mint will be offering free medicated and unmedicated food and beverages like pizza, cotton candy and more at both of their locations in Tempe and Mesa. The dispensary will also be giving away prizes every 5 minutes and offering medical consultations.
