Calling all shoppers!

The Junior League of Phoenix’s 80th Annual Rummage Sale is happening Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Exhibition Building at the Arizona State Fairgrounds. Members say people start lining up around 6 a.m., so get there early!

This annual event is known as "Arizona's Largest Indoor Garage Sale", and they have EVERYTHING here.

You'll find clothing, shoes, accessories, books, antiques, collectibles, athletic equipment, furniture, electronics, holiday decorations and more.

The items are gently used or brand new with incredibly discounted prices. The new items have their own section.

From 8 a.m. to noon, it's $5 admission, then from noon to 1 p.m., the sale closes so the workers can organize the items that remain. From 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., admission is FREE, and all items are marked to 50% off.

The Rummage Sale is JLP's largest fundraiser, attracting hundreds of shoppers. Last year, JLP raised approximately $103,000 and attracted more than 3,200 shoppers!

JLP's more than 350 members donate and collect all sale items throughout the year, and contribute more than 1,800 volunteer hours to make the event possible.

JLP has offered mammograms for the past 16 years. This year, Fry's Food Stores and the Desert Cancer Foundation of Arizona is sponsoring 40 free mammograms to women during the event.

Appointments are available starting at 8 a.m. on a first come, first served basis to uninsured and underinsured women, and will be held in a mobile mammography unit near the entrance of the sale.

Funds raised from the Rummage Sale will support the mission of JLP, including its community programs and leadership training programs. They're focus area: "Building a Healthy Arizona".
