Gilbert Police have released new video in the search for a person who may be able to help with an arson investigation.

The condominium complex under construction went up in flames on Saturday, October 15

Police determined the cause of the destructive blaze was arson, but no suspects have been located.

Surveillance footage shows two juveniles who police are looking for in order to get more information about the fire.

Several arson organizations are offering a reward of $10,000, ATF is offering $5,000 and D.R. Horton, the complex's builder, is offering an additional $15,000.

If you have any information, contact Gilbert Fire and Rescue at 480-503-6346 or email fireinvestigations@gilbertaz.gov.

Kim Wells owns a business in the nearby area of where the fire happened. It's her community, and she wants those responsible to be caught.

"These people - hopefully they're going to stop, but somebody can make them stop by turning them in," she said.
