Phoenix police are investigating after what appears to be body parts found in a commercial yard.
Police were called to the a yard near 25th Avenue and Broadway Road on Wednesday after receiving reports of a hand a femur located on the property.
According to a police spokesperson, investigators are working to identify the victim, as well as trying to find out how the body parts ended up in the yard. The body parts were located in an open field within the yard.
George Heredia saw the bones on the property. He says the bones were not there yesterday.
An investigation is ongoing and additional information wasn't released, but they suspect foul play.
