There's no questioning the speed of West Virginia wide receiver Shelton Gibson.
But his brakes definitely need to be checked.
in the second quarter of West Virginia's blowout win over Maryland on Saturday, Gibson hauled in a 41-yard touchdown catch. But he failed to slow down after he entered (and exited) and end zone, slamming his way into an unfortunate Maryland cheerleader who didn't have time to get out of the way.
No word yet as to whether the cheerleader is OK.
