Multiple media members, including former Phoenix Suns star Charles Barkley, have criticized 2014 NBA MVP Kevin Durant's surprise move from the Oklahoma City Thunder to the Golden State Warriors this week.

"Kevin is a terrific player, he's a good kid. But (I'm) just disappointed with the fact that he weakened another team and he's gonna kind of gravy train on a terrific Warriors team," Barkley said.

Well, add another former Sun to the list of Durant's detractors, albeit for a very different reason.

"I don't think it's right, but you know, it is what it is," Markieff Morris, who was traded to the Wizards last season after demanding out of Phoenix, said Wednesday.

Morris was then asked what he meant by those words.

"You know what I mean by that. That ain't right," he said. "It's the whole situation, man. It's like, come on, you don't do that, man."

Morris' problem with Durant doesn't seem to be about joining the Warriors in order to build an NBA super team, but rather about him joining a team that just handed his now former squad a heartbreaking loss in the Western Conference Finals.

"I wouldn't have went there, for sure," he said when asked what he would've done in Durant's position. "First of all, they just beat us. That's more important. (There) would've been a fiery side of me to beat them next year."

Morris said Durant's move was out of character for a man he thought he knew.

"A lot of guys are different, man. I just didn't expect that from Durant," he said. I know him a little bit, and I didn't expect that."
