Warning: Steve Nash's tweet includes language that's not safe for work.
Former Phoenix Suns star Steve Nash has never been one to hold back on his political opinions. The two-time NBA MVP was an outspoken critic of Arizona's SB 1070 legislation, and a strong supporter of President Obama.
So, it wasn't totally surprising to see Nash, who won his first NBA championship in June as a player development consultant for the Golden State Warriors, took to Twitter on Tuesday to rip President Trump following his comments related to last weekend's white supremacist march and violent interactions with counter-protesters in Charlottesville, Virginia.
In particular, Nash was critical of Trump for his lack of condemnation toward the white supremacists who protested Saturday, as well as Trump's promotion of a winery he owns in Charlottesville.
To defend white supremacists and then slang his shitty ass grape juice pretty much sums the man up

Nash wasn't the only former NBA MVP to rip Trump on Tuesday, as LeBron James was also critical of the president on Twitter.
Hate has always existed in America. Yes we know that but Donald Trump just made it fashionable again! Statues has nothing to do with us now!
