Well, this is one way to make up the thousands of dollars you spent to watch Kobe Bryant's final game in person.
Or, you know, take advantage of a fan base that's still on an emotional high from Kobe's 60-point performance in his NBA swan song.
On Saturday, several plastic sandwich bags went up for auction on eBay. Only these aren't ordinary plastic bags. Oh, no -- they're bags supposedly filled with air from Staples Center during Kobe's final game on Wednesday.

As of Saturday evening, one particular bag had nearly 100 bids, with the highest being -- wait for it -- $15,000.
It's a shrewd scheme, really, in that it's impossible to prove or disprove whether the air in the bag is actually from that game. And, hey: free expedited shipping! How can you lose?
Sunday morning update: The item has been removed from eBay. Thank goodness for common sense -- eventually.
Fortunately, screenshots are forever.
