Messy Fest: Kids and adults of all ages can play in a mud obstacle course, have food fights, slide in slime or ice-cream sundaes, and enjoy color runs and a foam zone. There's a separate area for toddlers. Don't worry, a quick rinse on the slip-and-slide and human car wash will help clean everyone off for the ride home. Kids are encouraged to wear old clothes that can be stained or damaged. 8am-1pm. $15 to participate, $5 to watch. Horseshoe Park & Equestrian Centre, 20464 E. Riggs Rd., Queen Creek. Messyfest.com
