Servings: 2 Clarified Butter Recipe: Melt the butter inthe
microwave slowly but don't boil. Skim off butter
solids and you have clarified butter.
Season chicken breast with salt, miracle dust,
and garlic powder. You can be geneorous with
the miracle dust.

On medium -high flame, in a heavy skillet, heat
clarified butter. Add seasoned chicken breast to
the pan, you should hear a medium sizzle. Cook
until skin is golden brown on the one side, then
turn.

Sprinkle holy trinity around the outside of the
chicken breast, let cook for 1-2 minutes. Add
tomato sauce, crushed red pepper, 1/4 teaspoon
of sea salt and tabasco. Cook for another 3-5
minutes, plate and garnish with sliced green
onions.

1/8 pound butter, clarified
SEASONING FOR CHICKEN
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 1/2 tablespoons miracle Dust
sea salt, to taste
SAUCE
1 cup tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
tabasco sauce, to taste
1/4 teaspoon sea salt , to season
tomato sauce
GARNISH
1 tablespoon green onion, thinly sliced

Servings: 2
4 ounces okra, cut and frozen
3 ounces corn
1-ounce tomato, diced
1 tablespoon shallots, minced
2 tablespoons butter
Miracle Dust
sea salt
Heat butter in a heavy skillet and add minced shallots
cooking until translucent, okra, tomato, corn, season with sea
salt and miracle dust. Let cook down until okra is tender and
oozing its internal juices. Serve hot over rice, as a side, with
garlic toast and more.

Praline Cookies
Servings: 8 Combine butter, milk and sugar in saucepan.
Add extract and cook on high heat to a rolling
boil.
Lower temperature to medium heat and continue
to boil, stirring constantly.
When temperature on candy thermometer
reaches soft ball (235 degrees), remove from
heat.
Add pecans and stir until mixture thickens.
Quickly spoon onto greased foil.
Let cool.
