Remember the days when you’d spend the day at the arcade as a child?

Throughout his life, Cobra Bar owner Ariel Bracamonte has had an admiration for the classics.

“Vintage arcade games, so he just started collecting. Next thing you know, he has now over 400 games”, said Cobra Arcade Bartender, Paul Waxman.

The Cobra Arcade opened in January 2016 in Downtown Phoenix that gives the 21+ a chance to beat that games they’d lose to when their parents ran out of quarters.

“It’s an adult spot but allows you to access the nostalgic experiences you had when you were a kid maybe before you were old enough to go to a bar”, says Waxman.

A place where the grown-ups can act half their age.

Grab a cold beer to quench your thirst with Cobra’s signature cocktail, “The Bandita”.

Once a cool refreshment is in your hands, grab some tokens.

With more than 40 arcade options at the Cobra Arcade, our J Russell played one of his favorites and it stars Michelangelo from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Cowabunga!

Waxman says since this spot opened it’s been slammed.

“If you’re coming down on the weekend try to get down here early because there will be a line”, said Waxman.

On a weekly basis, Bracamonte changes the games around so customers can play their old favorites each week.
