PHOENIX — If you're looking for a bargain, Phoenix Park 'N Swap is back open after temporarily closing down because of COVID 19.

They've implemented a new "Play It Safe" program, requiring guests to wear masks during their visit. They also ask that guests abide by social distancing guidelines while waiting in line.

Phoenix Park 'N Swap's General Manager Aaron Feinberg says being closed for two months put a strain on the small business owners who usually participate.

"It's actually been really hard, we've been open for the past 50 years and we haven't closed at all," Feinberg said. "So making that decision was very tough for us but because of public safety we had to close."

Phoenix Park 'N Swap reopened last Friday, giving business owners like Magnolia Jimenez the chance to once again see her long time customers.

"It's been great. I'm glad everything's back up and running," Jimenez said.

They're open Wednesdays from 4 p.m.- 10 p.m., Fridays 6 a.m.- noon and Saturdays and Sundays from 6 a.m.- 4 p.m.
