PHOENIX — Valley residents are reflecting on the lasting legacy of a local theatre director as he plans to retire after more than 30 years.
Childsplay Artistic Director Dwayne Hartford is preparing to retire in 2026, and ABC15 is getting a special look at his impact on the youth theatre scene throughout the years.
