Everyone's favorite yellow bear had a moment with a disabled child that these parents will remember forever! Kentucky's Jessie Barber was visiting Walt Disney World when a Winnie the Pooh character approached her 18-month-old son who has cerebral palsy. Barber shared a video on her Facebook page showing Pooh playfully allowing the boy to touch his nose. Barber's son has the functionality of a four to six-month-old and communicates by smiling and other facial expressions.
