Banner Health has reported a recent cyber attack that has affected various departments and affected 3.7 million people.

They say the attackers may have gained access to information stored on Banner Health computer servers and payment systems. The attack occurred around mid-June.

People whose credit card information may have been exposed are limited to those who made purchases in cafeterias, and not people who paid for medical services, from June 23 to July 7; Banner Health has sent out notifications to those who may have been impacted.

Banner Health is investigating and the hospital has taken steps to block the cyber attackers. Anyone with questions is encouraged to contact the hospital at 1-855-223-4412 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. PST. Fraud monitoring services are being offered.
