U.S. Marshals officials say David Benjamin Creamer is accused of producing and distributing millions of dollars worth of child pornography.
The 69-year-old has been on the run for the past 11 years. Check out an age-progressed image above.
Federal prosecutors say Creamer made millions of dollars producing more than 100,000 computer discs of child pornography and distributing them worldwide.
When he was first arrested in 1997 in the Tucson area, authorities seized 70 firearms and 80,000 rounds of ammunition. He was released pending his trial and hasn’t been seen since.
Creamer’s original charges are money laundering, felon in possession of firearms, and distribution of child pornography.
Considered armed and dangerous
Federal prosecutors believe he may be armed with a shoulder holster containing a .38 caliber handgun. He has made statements that he will not be taken alive.
A reward of up to $25,000 is offered for information leading directly to Creamer’s arrest. If you have information related to Creamer’s whereabouts, contact the U.S. Marshals Service Communications center at 1-800-336-0102.
David Benjamin Creamer is 5 feet 10 inches tall, and believed to weigh about 220 pounds.
He has a noticeable scar on the back of his neck from the removal of a large boil. The scar should be shaped like a plus sign. The scar area bothers him and he tends to lean forward when driving so that the scar does not rub against the head rest. He also has a brown grapefruit-sized skin discoloration on his left side rib cage area.
Creamer rarely wears long sleeve shirts and prefers ‘Mexican wedding shirts.’ He has also been fond of wearing one piece mechanic-style jump suits.
Creamer is a heavy smoker, prefers ‘English Oval’ type cigarettes, especially Sherman Whites. He also has diabetes and as a result has poor circulation. The poor circulation causes him difficulty when walking at times. Because of his diabetes he must take medication to survive.
If you think you know where he is, contact the U.S. Marshals Service or call 911, as Creamer should be considered armed and dangerous.
