What do you want to eat this week? Chances are, it's on sale somewhere in the Valley.

Since we get the grocery ads early, we did the hard work of digging through the ads for you. Here are some of my favorite grocery deals this week!

We start at the top of the food pyramid, with the good stuff that you want to use sparingly, like potato chips.

Safeway has Lays and Kettle brand chips on sale for $1.99 each.

Drinks also fit that category. Shop Albertsons on Friday to get 32-ounce bottles of Gatorade -- they're ten for $5.

At Fry's Food, Powerade and Arizona Tea is on sale two for $1.

At Albertsons, use their digital coupon to get one 32-ounce bottle of Powerade for $.44, and a box of Capri Sun for $.99.

And back at Albertsons, get half off several brands of coffee, including Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts and Gevalia.

On to protein! Shop Food City on Thursday and pay $.97 per pound for bone-in chicken breast or boneless leg meat.

Bashas’ has boneless, skinless chicken breast on sale for $1.47. Pay that same price at Albertsons for their boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs.

Albertsons also has a digital coupon that'll get you a dozen Lucerne large eggs for $.49.

Shop Food City on Wednesday for veggies -- get three heads of lettuce for $.99.

Add cucumbers to the mix and pay $.96 for six. That's just $.16 each.

Finally fruit...Safeway has Dole bananas for $.39 per pound.

At Bashas’, pay $.88 per pound for Gala apples, Bartlett pears or navel oranges.

While you’re there, grab a two-pound bag of seedless mandarins for $1.88 each, or get red, green and black seedless grapes for $.77 per pound.

Food City has watermelon on sale, six pounds for $.96. They also have 16 ounces of strawberries for $.88.

And if you shop there on Wednesday, you’ll also get three pounds of Fuji apples or honeydew for $.99.

At Albertsons, get six ounces of blueberries for $.88.
